Not a developer's machine
For examples:
(1)Irrelevant GUIs take away too much usable space from the screen.
(2) Apple seems to use it as an advertising tool, as often it would prompt me to purchase MobileMe and instructed me to sign up some tutorials at the Apple store etc. Compared to that, PCs are cleaner.
(3) Stuff in trash can't be emptied, as they are locked by the computer.
(4) When you open a file directory, a new window will pop up.
(5) No Cut and move option for file managements. You have to select one file at a time and copy and delete it if you want to move it to a different location.
Thus, despite me having received this computer for just a few hours, I already dislike it.
Can't find a thing to complain about ... (casual user)
Everything has worked as advertised and as a Vista convert (well, I still must use for work) I'm giddy over the update process, the quick response on boot times and shutting down, power consumption and overall ergonomics.
I have had the MB since October and not one complaint. (I must say I purchased this because I was not happy with the audio out of the 32GB 2nd Gen Ipod I purchased - tried 4 of them)
I watch DVD's, Napster, Skype... easy enough to carry everywhere and listen to music / multimedia... I also tether my BB Curve and it works every time.

Coolest Laptop Ever!
It's a Macintosh, it's perfect. What else is there to say? :-) Ok in all seriousness. The new aluminum unibody macs come with a really cool and super functional multi-touch trackpad. It's very easy to use and get used to.
